Working with Mike Pilkington Leadership, Mary was invited to join the Costain Leadership Development Day two years running as a key facilitator. Both events were aimed at high performing individuals within the business and involved facilitating break-out sessions throughout the day, delivering targeted material, working one on one with senior teams and supporting the wider Pilkington team post events with ongoing feedback.
