Initially brought in to support the Bank Alliance (London Underground and Dragados SA) in continuing their successful collaborative working, Mary delivered: team building events for 250+ people, advised on internal communications strategy and worked in the project offices for several months with the senior team to help embed a collaborative way of working in the wider team.
